1. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible. We’ll make it right.

  • Email us with your order number
  • Include a brief description of the issue
  • Photos may be requested to help resolve the issue quickly

Our goal is simple: if there’s a problem, we’ll work with you to fix it.

2. Size Exchanges

If you need a different size, reach out to us and we’ll do our best to help with an exchange.

Because our products are made to order, exchanges may be handled on a case-by-case basis.

3. Returns

Since each item is made specifically for your order, we may not be able to accept standard returns.

However, we are committed to making sure you’re satisfied and will review any concerns individually.

4. Order Changes

If you need to change or cancel your order, contact us as soon as possible. Once an order enters production, changes may no longer be possible.

5. Shipping Issues

If your package is delayed or appears lost, contact us and we’ll help investigate with the carrier.
